As an Operational Quality Officer, ensure compliance with SFDA, QMS, cGMP, and cGxP standards through independent oversight of GxP processes. Support product release through quality review while fostering a proactive quality culture that drives continuous improvement and enables early identification and resolution of quality issues.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include some of the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper archiving and destruction of batch records and retention of samples in compliance with EHS and quality standards.
  • Maintain presence across areas of responsibility and support initial management of quality issues.
  • Provide guidance during GMP activities to proactively detect potential quality issues.
  • Perform spot-checks across production and laboratory areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review documentation and records to ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
  • Conduct management monitoring audits and oversee timely completion of actions/CAPAs.
  • Manage deviations, supplier/customer complaints, and OOS events, ensuring CAPA implementation and closure within required timelines.
  • Adhere to Safety, Quality, and GPS standards while sustaining relevant QA & EHS KPIs.
