A leading company in operational excellence in Al Jubayl is seeking a skilled professional to lead data analysis and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and expertise in methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI. Join us to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to departments.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence principles and tools to employees at all levels.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with various departments, including PS, finance, human resources, quality, safety and support department to gather requirements and implement solutions. Present findings and recommendations to management and secure buy-in for proposed initiatives.
Support the development and execution of robust risk management programs to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
6.1 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
6.2 Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies are highly desirable.
7.1 Proven experience (5 years) in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar analytical role.
7.2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
7.3 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with departments at all levels.
8.1 Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
8.2 Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and process mapping software.
