Known for our innovative smart locker solutions, RedBox is committed to streamlining the parcel delivery process while ensuring exceptional service quality.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing operational support while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships while coordinating operational tasks will be key to driving the success of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide operational support by coordinating logistics processes and addressing client inquiries.
  • Assist in the management and resolution of client issues, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to client interactions and operational performance.

Requirements
