Job description

Position Overview:

As an Operation Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting all the projects in Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the project teams.
  • Administer HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
  • Support the project leadership with booking and coordinate with the mobilization team for new joiners.
  • Collect the new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct new hire orientations.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Manage and resolve daily queries.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit them to accounting.
  • Participate in special HR projects.
  • Manage the employees' timesheet submission process if requested.
  • Perform other daily tasks as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • A university or college degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferable.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Oracle HCM is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
  • Multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Organizational, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
