Basic Function:

The Operation Excellence manager shall be responsible for continuous improvement and performance optimization across the range of projects like Gas processing plants, Compression facilities, RO desalination plant, Wellheads, Pipelines, Remote headers etc., The role shall work closely with site teams and the Client to identify gaps, streamline processes, and embed best practices across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational efficiency initiatives across site activities, aligned with Aramco’s excellence frameworks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, optimizations, cost-saving opportunities, and productivity enhancements.
  • Develop and monitor performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and audits to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools and smart systems for better visibility and control.

Requirements:

  • Experience in identical roles, with proven exposure to Saudi Aramco and capital projects.
  • Strong background in operational excellence, preferably within Saudi Aramco projects.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
