Account Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sourcing, lead qualification, and closing sales.
  • Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a target customer base.
  • Involve specialists as needed for specific sales aspects (e.g., SE for demos).
  • Develop solution proposals covering all aspects of the application.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, resource requesting, and strategic planning.
  • Participate in developing, presenting, and selling value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with sales teams to ensure account health.
  • Work closely with BDR teams to take over leads.
  • Cross-sell within existing accounts on complex deals, including renegotiations.

Main Requirements:

  • Design and present high-level technical solutions, translating challenges into business value.
  • Lead client demos, presentations, and POCs.
  • Handle security questionnaires and compliance issues with support from specialized teams.
  • Provide feedback on market requirements and trends to guide product development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Infobip’s products and solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.

Main requirements:
