About The Role
Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking an Onshore Project Director in Saudi Arabia to lead and oversee PMC industrial or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conception to execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
- Be accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable.
- Serve as the primary contact between clients and the company.
- Ensure project execution aligns with policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage and coordinate project leadership personnel.
- Support business development and new proposals for offshore opportunities.
- Negotiate changes with clients.
- Oversee all contracts within their program of works.
- Share best practices among Project Managers.
- Plan project execution and revise plans as necessary, ensuring adherence.
- Provide regular updates to clients and advise on project status.
- Lead the project management team to ensure successful project completion.
- Deliver projects in accordance with Quality Management systems.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in onshore oil and gas projects.
- Proven experience managing engineering and procurement projects.
- Strong knowledge of detailed design projects.
- Experience with Greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Previous experience working with Aramco requirements.
- Fabrication/Construction experience is beneficial.
- Strong financial and commercial project understanding.
- Leadership skills in challenging environments.
- Decisiveness and ability to drive decision-making processes.
- Excellent management and administrative skills.
- Interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Experience with Risk and Change Management.
