About the Role :

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking an Onshore Project Director - Saudi Arabia, who can lead and oversee PMC industrial or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
2. Be accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
4. Ensure project execution aligns with policies, procedures, and systems.
5. Manage and coordinate project leadership personnel.
6. Support business development and proposals for offshore opportunities.
7. Negotiate changes with clients.
8. Oversee all contracts within their program of works.
9. Share best practices among Project Managers.
10. Plan project execution, revise plans as necessary, and ensure adherence.
11. Provide regular updates to clients and advise on project status.
12. Lead the project management team to ensure successful project completion.
13. Ensure project delivery complies with Quality Management Systems.
14. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in onshore oil and gas projects.
3. Proven experience managing engineering and procurement projects.
4. Strong knowledge of detailed design projects.
5. Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
6. Previous experience working with Aramco requirements.
7. Fabrication and construction experience is advantageous.
8. Strong financial and commercial understanding of projects.
9. Leadership ability in challenging environments.
10. Decision-making skills and ability to drive processes.
11. Excellent management and administrative skills.
12. Strong interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to work within a team to establish direction, alignment, and commitment.
14. Experience with Risk and Change Management.
