Reporting to the KSA Market Access and Strategic Alliances Director, the Oncology Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure optimal access to oncology products. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies to navigate the complexities of market access and reimbursement across KSA. This role includes the following:

Responsibilities:

Market Access Strategy:

  • Develop and implement market access strategies for in line and upcoming oncology assets, including pricing, reimbursement, real-world evidence, value demonstration, access pathways, and access expansion plans.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engaging top tier reimbursement Oncology stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory authorities to accelerate Enlisting for the new Launches in KSA.

Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR):

  • Support the HEOR team in generating evidence that strengthens the value proposition of oncology products.

Value Demonstration:

  • Communicate the clinical and economic value of oncology products to relevant stakeholders through presentations, publications, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing, Tenders, & Innovative Contracting team in the development of value-based pricing strategies and contracting models to ensure competitive access to oncology products.

Sustainable Access Solutions:

  • Design, launch, and manage Patient Support Programs and other innovative affordability solutions to enhance patient access to oncology treatments.

Market & Industry Trends Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape related to pharmaceuticals in general and oncology specifically to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and external affairs teams at the local and regional levels to align oncology market access strategies with overall business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all market access activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, health economics, public health, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) preferred.
  • 3+ years Pharmaceutical experience with at least one year Oncology experience is a must.
  • Expertise in market access, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry will be prioritized.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare systems and reimbursement processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
