Job summary

The position is full-time and on-site in the Riyadh Region, collaborating with finance and operations teams to support timely financial decisions and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial accounting and general ledger maintenance.
• Experience managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for real estate or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of local regulations, tax rules, and audit processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare periodic financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; reconcile bank accounts.
• Track expenses and support budgeting and cost control.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Riyadh Region.
