Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking an Offshore Program Director Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy working on major iconic Oil and Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client satisfaction and meet contractual requirements
• Accountable for project cost performance and accounts receivable
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company
• Ensure project execution aligns with policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage and coordinate project leadership personnel
• Support business development and proposals for new offshore opportunities
• Negotiate changes with the client
• Oversee all contracts within their program of works
• Share best practices among project managers
• Plan and revise project execution plans as necessary, ensuring adherence
• Keep the client and company informed of project status
• Lead the project management team towards successful completion
• Adhere to business ethics and ensure project delivery according to Quality Management Systems
• Forecast workload and ensure deployment of sufficient resources in collaboration with the Engineering Manager
• Resolve inter-project conflicts
• Manage all personnel assigned to offshore contracts effectively
• Regularly appraise direct reports
• Maintain and promote company values
• Encourage capturing and implementing lessons learned on projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Total of 20 years' experience, including 10-15 years offshore experience
• Proven experience in managing engineering and procurement projects
