We are seeking an Office Services Assistant responsible for supporting the business, guests, and colleagues by maintaining guest rooms, providing professional customer service, handling requests promptly, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment for all.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Maintain the cleanliness of all guest rooms at all times.
  2. Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, restrooms, etc.).
  3. Clean and maintain all equipment used.
  4. Empty trash bins.
  5. Keep track of the cleaning schedule.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols, properly store chemicals, and use safety materials to ensure a safe work environment.
  7. Store and log lost and found items properly.
  8. Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
Requirements
Qualifications :

Basic English skills.

Experience :
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with weekly and monthly checklists.
Knowledge :

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Skills :
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
