  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and manage all internal and external communication related to the CEO's office, showcasing a high sense of responsibility, flexibility, adaptability, and confidentiality in sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrate high-level skills and detailed knowledge related to business operations, governance, policies, procedures, workflow processes, and people.
  • Act as a central point of contact between the CEO and all other functions and operations, ensuring they have the right information at the right time.
  • Handle CEO office phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive, demonstrating high-level professionalism and hospitality.
  • Assist the CEO in preparing all correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle CEO office-related purchases, purchasing, furnishing & maintenance, working closely with all concerned.
  • Prepare financial analysis and reports and submit to the CEO for review and approval.
  • Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively plan and manage CEO business and personal trips through efficient administrative support and coordination.
  • Fully understand and grasp CEO business travel requirements including destination, dates, and preferences.
  • Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with all internal and external stakeholders that are important to the CEO, fostering trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding, representing CEO's interests and viewpoints to all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
