We’re looking for aDynamic Office Managerto run the day-to-day operations of our newly launched Riyadh office. This is a key role at the heart of our business, ensuring seamless operations, supporting the leadership team, and creating a productive and professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative functions including HR coordination, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day workflow.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office logistics and government relations.
  • Coordinate travel, documentation, and support for regional and visiting team members.
  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail/calls

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting platforms.
  • Experience in KSA government portals (Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, etc.) is a plus.
