The CEO Office Manager provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, serving as the primary point of contact internally and externally for all matters related to the CEO’s Office. This role also represents the CEO both within and outside of the company.
Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate finance leasing agreements, credit documents, and all company agreements.
Brand registration.
Act as board secretary.
Perform accurate research and analysis.
Arrange different legal cases.
Manage, save, and upload documents to the cloud and the traditional archive.
Coordinate arrangements, meetings, and conferences as assigned.
Write correspondence, letters, and emails.
Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of documents and reports.
Maintain daily record keeping and filing of documents and cases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
Create and organize information, generating reference tools for easy use.
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
Manage a busy calendar and coordinate meetings.
Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
