Your responsibilities

  • Resolving all issues with vendor invoices/POs, tracking payments and POs.
  • Maintain list of Executives and their Admins.
  • Assist with coordination of clean-up days and communication of Reckitt’s Clean Desk Policy.
  • Handle travel arrangements for team members (GM/Country manager).
  • Provide Administrative support to the facilities department such as conference room bookings, ordering catering, etc.
  • Order office supplies for the office.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Managing petty cash and expensing receipts.
  • Support the Country Manager with his schedules and travel.
  • Make follow-up calls to employees for office services requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist Facilities Manager with planning and directing emergency evacuations.
  • Assist with other Facilities projects and tasks as assigned.

The experience we're looking for

  • Saudi National is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong in collaboration and partnership.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • 2+ years of Office Services or Facilities experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Administration experience preferred.
