Job Description
Office Boy will proactively reach out to the store team in order to deliver their requirements on time & also does basic office tasks. This role individually contributes by ensuring proper and efficient execution of the tasks in line with store and company policies and guidelines; in such a manner as to ensure the availability of the products, monitor and maintain quality of products to meet luxury standards.
- Check the product merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced.
- Report any merchandise discrepancies, disposals based on inventory, profit and loss to the Store keeper Supervisor
- Closely monitoring products displayed and in warehouse
- Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for approval from Supervisor.
- Make a success of each delivery in term of timing, organization, no discrepancy.
- Consistent in quality checks through the day and stock refilling.
- Be able to identify sensitive products and quality assurance at all times.
- Assists and suggest to Supervisor depleted stocks for re-ordering based on the movement in the stock shelves.
- Maintain the quantity and the quality of the merchandise.
- Ensure to inform the line manager on the damaged items.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
- Make sure the office premise is clean.
- Making beverages for employees/visitors
- Greeting visitors with courtesy
Skills
- At least High School Graduate or any Vocational Course related to same
- 1-year related work experience
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, Emails Etc.)
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be physically fit to carry supplies
- Knowledge of office and management techniques.
- Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts.
- Good interaction abilities and professional personal display.
- Should be sincere, sincere, and trustworthy.
