Office Assistant
As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include organizing and maintaining files, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, you may be required to assist with any other tasks as assigned by the office manager.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping skills are also necessary for this role. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
