About the Role:

You will act as the first point of contact for the Country Manager, employees, and visitors by managing front desk duties. You'll coordinate travel and office service needs, support smooth day-to-day office operations, and ensure a welcoming and organized workplace environment.

Main Responsibilities:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO COUNTRY MANAGER:

You will be the Country Manager's primary administrative support, handling communications, scheduling, travel, events, and reports. This includes managing administrative systems, expenses, and supporting corporate governance, visa applications, and Head Office visits.

FRONT DESK OPERATIONS:

You will manage the front desk, handling visitors, calls, and inquiries. You'll maintain a welcoming reception and meeting area, scheduling rooms and coordinating basic setup. Additionally, you will assist with assigning tasks to office support staff, manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate all logistics for visits, ensuring professional presentation of rooms and services.

OFFICE SERVICES & COORDINATION:

You will manage employee requests for office supplies. You'll coordinate all courier services, including pickups and deliveries, and handle all facility maintenance requests and vendor coordination for services like pest control, deep cleaning, and fire safety systems.
