About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at TP-Link. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties and handling day-to-day office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management
Administrative Support:
  1. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and mailing.
  2. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Office Operations:
  1. Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
  2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  3. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication:
  1. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  2. Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  3. Maintain and update contact lists and databases.

Qualifications:
