Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a 3-year contract position, and the ideal candidate will have significant experience in Odoo ERP system implementation, configuration, and support. The Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and providing expertise in optimizing Odoo ERP across various business functions, including Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, and HR. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and support for various business functions.
• Analyze and understand client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
• Provide functional expertise and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Odoo modules.
• Guide and train clients and internal teams on Odoo best practices, workflows, and system usage.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless system integration and data migration.
• Conduct gap analysis, propose improvements, and drive process optimization within Odoo.
• Ensure the timely delivery of Odoo projects, within budget and scope.
• Perform quality assurance, system testing, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system manuals.
• Provide continuous support and post-deployment assistance to clients, resolving any Odoo-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, specifically in functional modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo's core modules, such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.
• Proven experience in leading Odoo ERP implementations and optimizations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices across various domains.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience with Odoo version 12 or later is preferred.
• Odoo functional certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
