Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic OD & Reward Manager to partner closely with the CPO to help shape the future of work at one of Saudi Arabia’s leading oil and energy companies. This is a strategic role that combines organizational development and reward expertise to drive performance, support transformation, and enhance the employee experience across the business.

You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing impactful OD initiatives, while also ensuring our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development

  • Lead the design and delivery of programs that support cultural transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Drive initiatives around succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement performance management strategies that drive accountability and growth.
  • Facilitate change management processes and ensure alignment between organizational goals and HR strategy.
  • Support capability building through the development of competency frameworks and learning interventions.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive reward strategies including salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage job evaluation and grading systems in line with internal policies and external best practices.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and relevant regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CIPD/SHRM are preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a specialized OD or Rewards role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, organizational design, and change management.
  • Experience working in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors in KSA preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and market practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Due to Saudization only KSA Nationals can be considered for this role.
