Job summary

لدله الصحية is seeking a qualified physiotherapy professional to provide inpatient and outpatient care, assess patients, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. The role includes evaluating home/work environments, advising on adaptive equipment, educating families, and ensuring up-to-date practice standards.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication and, ideally, proficiency in both Arabic and English. On-call availability and adherence to hospital policies are expected.

Responsibilities

• Treat inpatients and outpatients.
• Assess patients and develop treatment plans.
• Assess home and work environments and adjust therapy as needed.
• Advise on adaptive equipment for daily activities.
• Return equipment to its proper place after use by the rehabilitation team.
• Develop physical rehabilitation programs to help patients regain skills.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate rehabilitation results and progress.
• Maintain knowledge of current rehabilitation practices.
• On-call treatment of patients as needed.
• Follow hospital policies to achieve care standards.
• Perform other duties within professional scope as directed by Head of Physiotherapy.

• Treats inpatient, outpatient.
• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of patients and developing or following a treatment plan.
• Assessing home and work environments of patients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
• Advising on adaptive equipment to help patients with daily activities.
• Returns any machine used in treatment room to its proper place by department Rehabilitation Aide.
• Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help patients regain lost skills.
• Educating caregivers and family members of patients on patient care.
• Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on patients.
• Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide Patient with the best treatment program available.
• Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.
• Available for an on call treatment of patients.
• Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, quality performance improvement.
• Performs other duties within the range of his/her professional knowledge and skills as directed by the Head of Physiotherapy.
