SUMMARY: Protouch Staffing Private Limited, India, is recruiting a highly experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager for the Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB & GYN) Department on behalf of a leading government healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead the nursing team in delivering comprehensive women's health services including prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care. This role requires strong leadership, clinical competence in maternal health, and a patient-centered approach to care. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee daily nursing operations in OB & GYN units including antenatal, labor & delivery, postnatal, and gynecology wards. - Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to women across all reproductive stages. - Coordinate with obstetricians, gynecologists, midwives, neonatologists, and allied health professionals for integrated patient management. - Ensure preparedness of labor rooms, operating theaters, and postnatal units with appropriate equipment and supplies. - Monitor clinical outcomes, staff performance, and adherence to evidence-based practices and infection control standards. - Participate in high-risk pregnancy management, emergency obstetric interventions, and patient safety reviews. - Implement and maintain nursing protocols, staffing schedules, and educational initiatives for professional development. - Support family-centered care and patient education on maternal and newborn health. - Lead quality improvement projects, audits, and accreditation activities within the OB & GYN department. - Manage patient complaints, incident reporting, and conflict resolution in coordination with senior leadership.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing, Women's Health, or Healthcare Administration preferred. - Valid nursing license from the home country (SCFHS license or eligibility preferred). - Minimum of 6-8 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within OB & GYN or maternity units. - BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), or similar certifications are an asset. - Strong clinical expertise in maternal-child health, labor & delivery, and gynecological care. - Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills. - Proficient in EMR documentation, quality monitoring, and incident management. - Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
