A leading healthcare staffing company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Cath Lab Manager to oversee operations, staff, and patient care in a dynamic cardiac department. - Manage daily operations of the Cath Lab, including staffing, patient flow, and procedure scheduling. - Lead, supervise, and evaluate Cath Lab nursing and technical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance. - Coordinate with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, anesthesiologists, and support staff for timely and efficient procedures. - Oversee nursing care during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiograms, angioplasty, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions. - Ensure availability and proper maintenance of specialized equipment such as C-arm fluoroscopy units, contrast injectors, and emergency resuscitation devices. - Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, radiation safety, and hospital guidelines. - Participate in budget planning, supply chain management, and inventory control for the Cath Lab. - Ensure comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring, and recovery post-procedure. - Facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development activities. - Lead or contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation processes within the cardiac department. -Competitive Salary, Housing Assistance, Visa and relocation support, other governmental benefits are applicable for this role.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent preferred. - Valid nursing license from the home country (SCFHS license or eligibility preferred). - Minimum of 6-8 years of total nursing experience with at least 3 years in a Cath Lab or Interventional Cardiology leadership role. - BLS and ACLS certification required; additional Cath Lab or interventional cardiology certifications are a plus. - In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, interventional cardiology procedures, and Cath Lab safety protocols. - Proven leadership skills, including team management, crisis handling, and conflict resolution. - Proficient in EMR documentation, patient flow systems, and quality control tools. - Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is an asset).
