Location: Alkhobar

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to one month

Job Summary:

Provide outpatient nursing services in the Medical Center following established standards and practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Complete mandatory orientation within 30 days of hire.
  2. Complete departmental competency-based orientation within 90 days.
  3. Consult with and inform the Nursing Director of activities, needs, and issues.
  4. Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned or in the absence of the Nursing Director.
  5. Follow established nursing standards and policies.
  6. Implement and maintain department programs, policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  7. Interpret policies to patients, staff, and the public as appropriate.
  8. Use supplies and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
  9. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
  10. Ensure proper documentation and management of supplies and equipment.
  11. Assist in quality improvement and risk management activities.
  12. Perform outpatient assessments, support procedures, and assist in referrals.
  13. Provide health education to patients and families.
  14. Coordinate daily department activities with team members.
  15. Record patient attendance and perform assigned nursing procedures.
  16. Ensure equipment maintenance and proper documentation.
  17. Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
  18. Promote effective communication within the team and with patients, respecting confidentiality.
