Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care including assessing patient needs, administering medications, and providing treatments.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to infection control practices and ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and education to stay current with medical practices and technologies.
Qualifications
