Overview:
As the Network Infrastructure Security Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, protection, and optimization of the company’s network and IT infrastructure. Your primary mission is to ensure that systems are not only robust and efficient but also secure and resilient against evolving cyber threats. You will align infrastructure security strategies with business objectives, drive compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster cross-functional collaboration to embed a strong security posture across ADC.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a strategic vision for secure enterprise architecture, network infrastructure, cloud environments, and disaster recovery. Evaluate emerging threats and integrate technologies that enhance the security and integrity of company systems.
- Oversee planning and execution of network and infrastructure security projects, including firewall upgrades, VPN deployments, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and security monitoring enhancements.
- Lead proactive identification and mitigation of security risks. Direct response to security incidents and coordinate root cause analyses to strengthen future defenses.
- Partner with cybersecurity, IT support, compliance, and software teams to ensure network and infrastructure initiatives meet ADC’s security standards and support overall business objectives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of network and security engineers, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of security awareness.
- Ensure network infrastructure adheres to digital industry standards and regulatory requirements and Support audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance security policies, processes, and technologies to strengthen the organization’s defense posture.
- Provide clear technical insights and recommendations on security risks, mitigation strategies, and infrastructure resilience to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Information Technology.
Experience:
- +4 years of progressive experience in network infrastructure security roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in network technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Deep expertise in network architecture and protocol (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN, VLAN, QoS).
