Duties and Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to collaborate closely with Account Managers and customers. The primary mission will be to support the sales team in all technical aspects related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Sales Team in qualifying leads and opportunities.
  • Manage full presales activities in coordination with sales or directly with clients.
  • Serve as the main technical resource during sales calls, explaining product features, specifications, and functionalities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or training sessions about products for customers.
  • Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from a technical perspective and lead POCs to meet customer success criteria.
  • Prepare technical and/or financial proposals.
  • Provide high-level design, scope of work, or bill of materials for various products.
  • Engage with customers to develop trusted technology advisor relationships.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare and deliver product enablement sessions to the sales team.
  • Report daily operations and assist regional growth activities, taking on increased responsibilities when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, support, and service teams to align solution design with customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related IT field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.
