Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LANs, VLANs.
2. Support Huawei DPI/PCRF network and product maintenance.
3. Provide service based on the resident engineer’s presence.
4. Manage DPI fault management and troubleshooting.
5. Perform network troubleshooting, including Free-switch / Asterisk, Firewalls, and VPNs.
6. Conduct break-fix operations with servers and network appliances.
7. Perform root cause analysis.
8. Manage and deliver the operation, upgrade, and configuration of servers, OS, and Backup solutions.
9. Monitor the Engineers’ corrective actions.
