Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions for our clients
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable and secure network operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of network infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
• Document network configurations and maintain accurate network documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, information technology, or any related field with at least 4 years of experience in the field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering
• Strong knowledge of the CUCM system

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols
• Extensive experience in CUCM CUC-2UCCX, VGW Troubleshooting

• Experience in the field of design, operation, and wired and wireless networks - Wireless Controller
• Experience in audio and video systems
