Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement secure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Manage and optimize network performance, reliability, and security. Ensure network architecture is scalable and meets business requirements.
2. Security Management: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans. Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents. Manage and maintain security tools, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and encryption technologies.
3. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide tier-2/3 support for network and security issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, security policies, and incident response activities. Prepare reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance status.
5. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements. Implement best practices for network and security management.
