Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers
• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
• Monitor for updates and perform necessary upgrades
• Support and administer third-party applications
• Ensure network security and connectivity
• Monitor network performance and test for weaknesses
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Resolve end-user issues
• Define network policies and procedures
• Specify system requirements and design solutions
• Research and recommend server system administration improvements

Qualification Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or BCNE
• 4-5 years of experience

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a network administrator
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, AD, SharePoint, and Exchange
• Networking, routing, and switching expertise
• Knowledge of server infrastructure management and monitoring
• Experience with VMware and virtual environments
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting
• Ability to configure server hardware
• Knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Additional certifications like Aruba, Cisco, CWNA, or BCNE are a plus
