Job Title: Naval Engineer (Weapon, Electronic Sensor & Command Systems)

Location: Al Kharj KSNB

JOB PURPOSE: This role is responsible to the Departmental Director for the management and coordination of all Al Jawf Class, Mine Hunter, Weapon, Electronic Sensor & Command System issues. The successful person will also provide expertise to the RSNF in areas of Weapon, Electronic Sensor & Command Systems Engineering ship design, modification and engineering changes as well as conducting in depth engineering analysis of defects and deficiencies.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production of RSNF Requirements and Specifications for future modifications.
2. Review and propose amendments to the subsequent Work Package from the contractor.
3. In depth knowledge of Weapon, Electronic Sensor & Command Systems.
4. Mine Hunter Engineering experience.
5. Experience in various stages of the Engineering Design process and equipment Life Cycle Management.
6. Knowledge of Munitions Explosives Safety and Qualification processes.
7. Experience of Engineering Safety and Workplace Health & Safety.
8. Knowledge of Single Role Mine Hunter operations.
9. Knowledge of ITAR.
