Position Objective:

The National Service Sales Manager works on a country level, managing key accounts to ensure maximum reach and relationships with heads of Biomedical Engineering, Procurement, C-Suite levels, and KOLs. The role involves identifying and securing opportunities for SLAs in various forms, supporting our mission for excellence in servicing Getinge product lines. This pivotal role liaises between sales and service through specialized business models tailored to meet specific needs and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following; other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

  • Maintain an updated list of KOLs with contacts for Heads of Biomedical in MOH directorates, Royal, Military & National Guard.
  • Handle KOL complaints related to sales / service issues personally.
  • Develop sales of service business models based on KOL feedback and market potential.
  • Develop the respective sales funnel and share insights with sales and service leadership.
  • Provide input to the service team on spare parts stocking and recommendations based on opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and enhance processes.
  • Monitor service contracts' execution efficiency and status across their durations.
  • Follow up closely with area service supervisors to achieve their sales targets.
  • Increase the number of service contracts and identify new potential opportunities.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Sales roles within the kingdom (Medical background is preferred).
  • Exceptional skills in building good relations with KOLs and managing key accounts.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and high initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the country.
