Job Description
Maintain effective customer relationship management and engagement to advise clients on the right tools and services to enable further growth of accounts and revenues. Collaborate with Product Marketing to define and execute the go-to-market strategy and messaging, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target. Manage the analysis of consumer needs and identify/prioritize problems and new opportunities. Stay connected with how our product is evolving and evolve our outbound marketing agenda and strategy to align. Conduct an impactful testing agenda and measurement plan to ensure continued improvement of marketing programs. Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences. Work closely with the commercial team, especially with marketing, to prepare for product launches by preparing the packaging and pricing.
