Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Spend 50%+ of weekly time prospecting for net new business.
  2. Forecast, manage, and close 50-60 workloads annually (including 10% through active consumers) using Oracle Sales Cloud.
  3. Identify, utilize, and collaborate with key internal stakeholders in the assigned territory (e.g., Tech Managers, Tech SCs, Key Partners, MySQL SCs).
  4. Engage with key customer stakeholders to promote MDS/HW to developers and Cloud Decision Makers.
  5. Operate as part of a large account team; collaboration is essential, and independent driving of opportunities is limited.
  6. Utilize key Oracle Sales Tools effectively, including Territory Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Eloqua, Datafox/ZoomInfo, Sales Cloud, and LinkedIn.
  7. Document the territory plan, including target companies, existing users, and marketing strategies.
  8. Develop, execute, and adapt a 30, 60, 90-day territory plan routinely.
  9. Build and present quarterly business reviews to management.
  10. Conduct effective Infomentis or Account Planning discussions.
  11. Run discovery calls effectively.
  12. Position a compelling 3-minute "elevator pitch" focused on Oracle Cloud + MDS/HW.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or applicable experience preferred.
  2. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Knowledge of direct software sales.
  4. At least 3 years of IT sales experience.
  5. Familiarity with the local market business environment and network of business relations.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and self-motivation.
  8. Fluent in English and Arabic.
