Job summary

A leading IT firm is looking for a Senior Murex Production Support specialist to develop MXML workflows and optimize existing solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Murex, strong technical skills, and familiarity with trade interfaces and product types. This role is pivotal in enhancing system efficiencies and ensuring smooth operations in project implementations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Murex experience in relevant projects.
• Proficiency in developing MXML import/export workflows.
• Familiar with various trade interfaces (e.g., MarkitWire, TOF).

Responsibilities

• Develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.
• In-depth Murex workflow development involving the trade life cycle.
• Suggest improvements to existing solutions.

Develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.

Good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow and MxML, familiar with trade workflow, contract workflow, exchange workflow etc.

In-depth experience in Murex workflow development involving trade life cycle, creating new system interface workflow

Good ability to suggest improvements in existing solutions. analytic and technical skills

Skills

Must have

Minimum 6-8 Murex experience in Murex projects.

Develop MXML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange.

MXML 3.1, with proficiency in XML/XST languages, Data Dictionaries, Templates.

Familiar with various popular trade interfaces like MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, RTNS.

Knowledge of Market Data upload. Realtime ( RTBS ), Batch ( MDIT )

Technical knowledge in creating messaging Queues ( MQ )

UNIX Shell scripting

Familiarity with FX, IR, FI, Equity products

Nice to have

Understanding of Front to back Trade Life Cycle

Experience working on Contract/Deliverable /Event

Migration project experience is an advantage
