The Sales Consultant at Mada Real Estate Company is responsible for promoting the company’s real estate projects and selling residential and commercial units to potential buyers — whether under-construction or ready properties. The consultant provides professional advisory services to clients, builds long-term relationships, and achieves approved sales targets, all while reflecting the company's professional and prestigious image.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote Mada Real Estate projects through direct and indirect channels.
  • Receive interested clients and explain project details, benefits, and payment plans.
  • Conduct site visits with clients to project locations.
  • Provide tailored consultations that match the client's needs and budget.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and work to convert them into successful deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets according to the sales plan.
  • Prepare and update client files and document all stages of communication via CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and real estate exhibitions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process until deal closure.
  • Adhere to company policies and approved ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably with real estate marketing and development companies)
  • Strong communication skills with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and ownership/sales regulations
