The Sales Consultant at Mada Real Estate Company is responsible for promoting the company’s real estate projects and selling residential and commercial units to potential buyers — whether under-construction or ready properties. The consultant provides professional advisory services to clients, builds long-term relationships, and achieves approved sales targets, all while reflecting the company's professional and prestigious image.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote Mada Real Estate projects through direct and indirect channels.
- Receive interested clients and explain project details, benefits, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits with clients to project locations.
- Provide tailored consultations that match the client's needs and budget.
- Follow up on client inquiries and work to convert them into successful deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets according to the sales plan.
- Prepare and update client files and document all stages of communication via CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and real estate exhibitions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process until deal closure.
- Adhere to company policies and approved ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably with real estate marketing and development companies)
- Strong communication skills with excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and ownership/sales regulations
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work within a team and achieve results under pressure
- Real estate activity license preferred if locally required
- Good command of English — written and spoken — is a plus
