Technical Competencies

• Network Architecture:Good understanding of network architecture across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Telecom Fundamentals:Strong fundamentals in telecommunications and a solid understanding of mobile core networks.
• KPI Management:Knowledge of KPI formulas, degradation, and troubleshooting.
• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to assess network performance and issues.
• Multivendor Equipment:Solid knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment.
• Cloud Technologies:Good understanding of cloud technologies, including familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Scripting Skills:Working knowledge of scripting for automation and process improvement.
• Customer Segmentation:Detailed knowledge of service offerings and customer segmentation.
• Performance Parameters:Knowledge of core and access network performance/configuration parameters and their interpretation and usage.
• Support Processes:Understanding of support and supply processes related to network operations.
• Network Architecture Components:Familiarity with the various subparts of network architecture.
• Core Network Nodes:Knowledge of performance characteristics of core network nodes.

Skills

Qualifications and Industry Experience

• Education:Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
• Experience:5-10 years of experience in the Telecom Industry.
