MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Managing QS- Tier 1 Consultancy

Location: Riyadh KSA

Salary: 38,000 SAR - 45,000 SAR per month

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Stafford Lawrence Ltd are recruiting for an MRICS Managing Quantity Surveyor/ MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor for this Tier 1 Cost Consultancy for a vacancy in their Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. This position is for a candidate with specific experience of Entertainment projects, such as Cinemas and Movie Theatres.

Please note that MRICS is a requirement for this vacancy as well as a Degree in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. This position is specifically for British candidates looking for their first job vacancy in the Middle East. Please read the requirements carefully for this role as they are very specific.

Requirements for the MRICS Managing Quantity Surveyor- Middle East Job Vacancy

• Chartered Status: Candidates should have MRICS Chartered Status (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Quantity Surveying route.
• Type of Experience: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK.
• Location Experience: You should have experience as a Managing QS or a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Consultancy or PQS company in the United Kingdom.
• Project Experience: Candidate will have Entertainment projects experience, such as Cinemas, Movie Theatres, Bowling Alleys, etc.
• Other Qualifications: A 3-year degree qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognised UK University.
• Visa Requirements: As a result of visa allocations for this client, we can only offer this role to British or Irish Nationals currently.
• Candidates who are currently working in the Middle East need not apply as this role is specifically for candidates looking for a first-time opportunity.
• Preference for a Single Status or married status candidate as additional family allowances are not available for this role.
• A desire to live and work in the Middle East in Riyadh as a Quantity Surveyor.

Salary & Benefits- MRICS Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Managing QS/ Senior QS can expect a total package salary of 38,000-45,000 SAR per month Tax Free.
