Modern Work Sr. Solutions Architect - Microsoft needed
The role will be a technical architect with specific experience working with end clients. You will develop and deliver an architecture strategy to support various Telecom Services and Offerings. Architect and design functional technology solutions, lead customer design sessions, document project scopes, conduct presentations both in-person and via telepresence, and prepare demos and POCs to open new business opportunities.
Description of the Job:
- The main objective is to translate product or solution technical specifications into straightforward business language for clients and generate demand within your solution areas for specific customer segments.
- Manage and support the pre-sales process in collaboration with the sales team.
- Attend initial sales meetings, analyze IT needs, and address technical questions.
- Provide strategic technical advice on MS products and services, mainly Microsoft 365, communicating both long-term and short-term value propositions.
- Support Proof of Concepts, architecture design sessions, and strategy/technology briefings to demonstrate Microsoft’s capabilities.
- Build proactive go-to-market approaches for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and operations to evolve propositions.
- Participate in pre-sales and customer meetings.
- Present and demonstrate Ctelecoms services to clients.
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Ctelecoms products, services, and solutions.
- Define scope of work and create technical design documents based on business requirements.
- Contribute to building a technical content library, such as knowledge bases.
- Ensure proposals are detailed to avoid ambiguity regarding work scope and costs.
- Deliver technical training and support customer knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Enhance customer experience and act as a customer advocate.
- Identify growth opportunities and assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with vendors for opportunities and partnership enhancements.
- Investigate and report on new solutions to enhance offerings.
- Conduct presentations, prepare demos and POCs, and update solutions with new technologies.
- Support marketing with technology updates and conduct internal knowledge transfer sessions.
- Complete required training and obtain relevant certifications.
Qualifications:
- BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and Security Administrator Associate certifications.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and infrastructure technologies.
- Minimum 3 years of presales experience.
