Job description

JASARA PMC is seeking a Mobility Lead to join our team. The Program Support Service Team provides a high-quality centralized service that guides and supports colleagues throughout their time on the program, focusing on employee accommodation, transportation, and concierge services, especially during onboarding and offboarding. The team is responsible for delivering an enhanced service and employee experience.

The Mobility Lead is responsible for creating and coordinating a centralized approach to onboarding and mobilization, including transfers, ground transportation, and mobility-related activities.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures for incoming employees.
  • Establish processes to provide a cohesive 'Qiddiya experience' for all candidates.
  • Coordinate transport, vehicles, and drivers for onboarding activities such as airport pickups, first days, and visitor arrivals.
  • Develop a centralized suite of services and service level standards to ensure high support levels and a successful settling-in period for employees and their dependents.
  • Regularly gather employee feedback and develop a model for continuous improvement.
  • Explore innovations to improve process efficiencies, communication, and user experience, considering cost versus value.
  • Address inquiries related to service schedules from incoming employees.
  • Support the New Hire Orientation process.
  • Create 'how-to' guides for new hire processes to include in onboarding packages.
  • Collaborate with mobilization teams to forecast mobilization needs and maintain service levels during peak periods.
  • Maintain regular communication with inbound candidates.
  • Ensure all steps in the process are well documented.
  • Report on mobilization status in line with SLAs.
  • Support the Concierge Lead as a secondary support resource.

Supervised Teams: Program Support Leads across QIC Delivery Team

Internal Contacts: QIC Delivery Teams

External Contacts: External Suppliers, Travel Agents, Landlords, HR, Recruitment, Mobilization, and Government Relations

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to take initiative, lead tasks, operate autonomously, and manage complex tasks. Capable of conducting briefings at all management levels, problem-solving, exercising judgment, and influencing stakeholders. Embrace diversity and consider various perspectives. Excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Human Resources, or
  • High Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with 5+ years HR experience, or
  • High School diploma with 6+ years HR experience.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Translation, or English Literature.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
  • Proven experience in a dynamic administrative environment working with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Attention to detail and professional communication skills.
  • Local experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
