Job description

JASARA PMC is seeking a Mobility Lead to join our team. The Program Support Service Team provides a high-quality centralized service that guides and supports colleagues throughout their time on the program, focusing on employee accommodation, transportation, and concierge services, especially during onboarding and offboarding. The team aims to deliver enhanced service and improve the employee experience.

The Mobility Lead is responsible for creating and coordinating a centralized onboarding and mobilization approach, including transfers, ground transportation, and mobility-related activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Oversee the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures for incoming employees.
  2. Establish processes to provide a cohesive ‘Qiddiya experience’ for all candidates.
  3. Coordinate transportation, vehicles, and drivers for onboarding activities—such as airport pickups, first-day logistics, and visitors.
  4. Develop a centralized suite of services and service level standards to ensure high support levels for employees and their dependents, facilitating a successful settling-in period.
  5. Regularly gather employee feedback to improve services continuously.
  6. Explore innovations to create efficiencies in processes and communications, enhancing overall user experience while considering cost-effectiveness.
  7. Respond to inquiries from incoming employees regarding service schedules.
  8. Support the New Hire Orientation process.
  9. Create ‘how-to guides’ to assist new hires, included in their onboarding packages.
  10. Collaborate with mobilization teams to forecast mobilization numbers and maintain service levels during peak periods.
  11. Maintain regular communication with inbound candidates.
  12. Ensure all process steps are thoroughly documented.
  13. Report on mobilization status according to SLA standards.
  14. Assist the Concierge Lead as a secondary support resource.

  • Program Support Leads across QIC Delivery Team

  • QIC Delivery Teams

External Contacts:

  • External Suppliers, Travel Agents, Landlords, HR, Recruitment, mobilization teams, and Government relations.

Skills / Competencies :

Ability to take initiative, lead tasks, and operate independently. Effective in managing complex tasks, conducting briefings at all management levels, problem-solving, and exercising sound judgment. Capable of networking across departments and external stakeholders, influencing and partnering effectively. Embraces diversity and considers various perspectives. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources or related fields, or a High Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration with 5+ years' HR experience, or a High School diploma with 6+ years' HR experience.
  • Experience in coordinating high-volume services in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Translation, or English Literature preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles involving stakeholder engagement and HR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills. Local experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
