Job Summary:

The Mobility Business Development Manager will lead and manage the new commercial parking opportunity identification and incubation activities prior to entering the business case development stage, overseeing the development of the business case for the parking commercial opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for both on-street and off-street parking sectors to enhance market penetration and revenue generation
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • forge strategic partnerships with technology providers, municipal authorities, and private investors to support parking infrastructure projects
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align business development activities with overall organizational goals
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate project feasibility and long-term profitability
  • Prepare and manage budgets for parking projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote on-street and off-street parking facilities to various user groups.

Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration or a related field

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in business development, specifically within the parking industry or related fields
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing large-scale projects with a focus on innovation and strategic growth.
