Working as a Planning Engineer (Mechanical Engineer), experienced with WR/WO, job scheduling, scooping, preparing equipment repair status tracking sheets, and dealing with many end users politely.

• Purchase request creation in Oracle system
• Following up to convert PR to PO
• Contract payment status reporting and release
• Knowledge of budget management
• Send monthly payment reports regularly
• Knowledge about accrued expenses related reports
• Arrange kick-off and sign-off weekly meetings with execution teams
• Ability to prepare backlog WO
• Leadership character presence
