Job summary

Mnzil Holding Co. Cayman LLC is seeking a React Native developer to own the development and maintenance of our mobile application for iOS and Android. You will translate product requirements into production-ready features and work across product design and backend engineering to ship end-to-end.

You will write clean, well-structured code, participate in reviews, and help raise engineering standards. You will proactively surface technical debt and prioritize improvements in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on React Native development with shipped apps.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and understanding of React Native bridges.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing app state with Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Proven ability to debug complex mobile issues including performance, memory management, and device-specific behaviour.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements and self-direction.
• Strong communication skills able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineers.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on React Native development with shipped apps live on the App Store and/or Google Play
• Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript, with an understanding of how React Native bridges to native layers
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing application state using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query
• Proven ability to debug complex mobile issues including rendering performance, memory management, and device-specific behaviour
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve and self-direction is expected
• Strong communication skills able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-engineers
