Achieve sales, coverage, distribution, and visibility targets for each product and/or brand as per approved sales forecast.
Report on daily and weekly sales activities to Sales Supervisor.
Maintain updated and accurate sales files and reports as requested by management.
Assist in promotional and special marketing initiatives.
Collect all receivables related to assigned accounts in a timely manner.
Monitor competitors’ prices and any special promotional campaigns and report observations and findings to sales and marketing departments.
Handle customer issues and resolve any problems whenever possible or escalate them to the responsible manager to ensure they are dealt with effectively.
Load and unload the vans to ensure having the right products mix guaranteeing no out of stock during the journey plan.
Implement sales fundamentals to ensure core distribution availability, contracted visibility and shelving shares, and suggested retail pricing implementation to achieve volume targets.
Build strong customer penetration to establish/maintain the company’s position as the preferred supplier.
Manage allocated cash allowances, budgets, and offers.
Suggest ideas to positively impact the business directly or indirectly. Actively participate in the morning and unit meetings by sharing market news.
Report all market studies needed (distribution, competition, etc.) while ensuring right planning, forecasting, and early response from the company.
Maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly reports updated and ensure timely submission.
Skills
Post-secondary diploma (2 years) in business, marketing, or relevant field.
