Your Job

The Mirror Line process engineer / Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the mirror production line to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in process engineering and production management, with a focus on resource optimization and stakeholder collaboration.

What You Will Do

1. Process Management :

oOversee daily operations of the mirror production line, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

oIdentify and address process-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

oImplement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production.

2. Quality Assurance :

oEnsure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

oConduct regular quality checks and audits on the production line.

oCollaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues promptly.

3. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) :

oMaintain a safe working environment by enforcing HSE policies and procedures.

oConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

oLead safety training sessions and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.

4. Resource Optimization :

oOptimize the use of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

oManage shift schedules to ensure continuous and efficient production.

oMonitor and control production costs to meet budgetary requirements.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration :

oWork closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and commercial (sales & marketing) teams.

oFacilitate effective communication and coordination among departments to achieve production goals.

oParticipate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

6. Team Leadership :

oLead, coach, and develop a team of production workers and supervisors.

oFoster a positive and productive work environment.

oConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Experience :

o Proven experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in mirror production or similar processes.

o Experience handling process-related issues, quality assurance, and HSE standards.

o Background in process engineering or production management.
