Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Planning and supervising mining operations related to asphalt crushing and aggregate extraction.
• Analyzing and optimizing crusher performance, material flow, and site productivity.
• Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Monitoring site safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to mining regulations.
• Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for mining activities.
• Implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
